Amuwarngka Cultural Tours is an Aboriginal owned and operated company based on Groote Eylandt, off the coast of the Northern Territory of Australia. Our experienced Aboriginal guides ensure you are rewarded with truly traditional cultural experiences, learning about land values and lifestyle of the Warnindilyakwa people on Groote Eylandt.

Cultural significance of our logo

The images on our logo represent the Bara and the Jaragba Clans the Traditional Owners of Dugong Beach, the Parrot Fish “Amuwarngka” is their totem; the Woomeras and Spears represent the Warnindilyakwa Warriors; the Dilly Bags represent the gathering of Bush Tucker and the Didgeridoos and Clap Sticks represent the Ceremonial Song.
