Disclaimer, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

Prices: Prices are per person. In case of human or computer error, Amuwarngka Cultural Tours reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. If the correct price is higher than the original price, the guest may cancel and receive a full refund, as long as he/she provides Amuwarngka Cultural Tours with a written cancellation within 48 hours of the price increase notification. No refund will be paid for unused tour services.

Customer Cancellation Policy:
48 hours prior: 50% cancellation fee applies
24 hours prior and less: full cancellation fee applies

Customer Service: Customer service issues and refund requests must be submitted in writing and received no later than 5 days after your tour. Refunds are subject to a processing fee of $20.

Tour Itinerary: Amuwarngka Cultural Tours reserves the right to make changes the itinerary whenever it is deemed necessary for the comfort, convenience and safety of the client at any time. In all cases, Amuwarngka Cultural Tours will do its best to maintain the content, if not the order, of the tour.

Tour Cancellation: Amuwarngka Cultural Tours reserve the right to cancel a tour. The main reason for such a cancellation would usually be due to cultural reasons such as a death or a funeral. In the event of a cancellation of your tour, the only obligation of the tour operator is to either provide you with a full refund of any monies paid to you for the tour cancelled or to offer you an alternative tour. The alternative tour options offered invariably operate on different dates to your original choice; making it all the more difficult to fit around your other prearranged plans. To take up the alternative tour options you will usually have to amend your other arrangements either side of your Groote Eylandt visit. Any expenses associated with those changes such as flight amendments/cancellations, accommodation etc. is the sole responsibility of you, and not Amuwarngka Cultural Tours.
